Michael Forney has over 18 years of experience in process development for the ruggedization of electronics and hardware. He manages material selection and research of conformal coating for challenging environmental applications as well as cleaning solutions development of wet chemistry programs for printed circuit boards. His background includes Sr. Process Engineer, Divisional Manager and Program Management. Mr. Forney is an IPC member and holds IPC-MS-810, IPCA-600 and IPC-A610 certifications. He upholds Hazardous Waste training and Medical response certification.
Kurt Ayers has over 25 years experience working with such technologies as WiMax, video processor, telecom optical switch, precision GPS, cryptographic and mainframe peripheral products. His professional focus has been on introducing new products and guiding them from development engineering to volume manufacturing. His background includes management positions in Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, functional board test and sub-contractor management in start-up and high volume manufacturing environments. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an A.S. in Electronics.
