Plasma Ruggedized Solutions exhibits at numerous trade shows across the country touching more than [twelve] (eleven industries said elsewhere) industries. Plasma’s Engineering Sales Staff works with customer engineers to design solutions for an ever changing theater of technology.
In an effort to reach our customers on the most personal level and to team with them as a technical resource PRS conducts Customer Advisory Meetings on a monthly basis in order to understand customer needs 18 to 24 months into the future. PRS operates under the following disciplines: lean manufacturing, six sigma, TQM and various CIP programs. The point of these initiatives is to stimulate a forward looking work environment focused on high quality, on-time delivery of all our products and services. This culture permeates everyone in the firm from the worker level throughout Senior Management.
