NADCAP Certifications
Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) is an industry-managed certification that is granted upon industry consensus. PRS processes are audited by the Performance Review Institute for non-conformity issues prior to receiving final approval by a special process task group.
Quality Certifications
AS9100 Certificate
The AS9100 standard is a company-level certification that applies to organizations involved in the aerospace industry. Developed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG), AS9100 builds upon ISO 9001, incorporating additional aerospace-specific quality management requirements. Plasma Ruggedized Solutions holds AS9100 verification for conformal coating, potting and encapsulation, under-fill, staking, and plasma treatment of printed circuit boards and mechanical components
NASA Certification
PRS’s NASA certification ensures that we meet initial and recertification for the proper methods of applying polymeric materials in accordance with NASA STD 8739.1A requirements. The required Polymetric Application on Electronic assemblies course ensures that our trained operators meet requirements for staking and conformal coating of printed wiring boards and electronic assemblies.
